Madam / Sir,     

With reference to above referred letter               the Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp for the Central Zone will be conducted by KVS (RO) Varanasi from 7^th July to 11^th July 2014 at Allahabad.  The details are given here below-

(A)   Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp

(B)   Pre-Rajya Puraskar Test –

There will be Pre-Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp to select the contingent (120 Scouts and 80 Guides) of Lucknow region. The details are given below-

4.       Departure to Allahabad         - 06.07.2014 F/N (by bus)

5.       Returning from Allahabad    - 11.07.2014 A/N (by bus)

6.       Relieving from KVRDSO         - 11.07.2014 A/N or 12.07.2014 F/N

7.       DA                                                  - Rs. 1050/- (from A/N of 02.07.2014 to F/N of 06.07.2014)

8.       Officials        (Scout)                 - Sh. Atar Singh, LT (S), KV IIT Kanpur – LOC

Note-

1. As for as possible the above mentioned escorts should come to Pre-Rajya Puraskar Test as escort of their vidyalaya S/G, so that they can proceed to Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp from the venue of Pre-Rajya Puraskar along with selected students.
2. Those S/G who do not get selected in Pre-Rajya Puraskar Test will  return to their respective vidyalayas.
3. A sum of Rs. 3000/- (three thousand) per selected student will be required to be deposited with the Venue Principal of Pre-Rajya Puraskar Test to meet the expenditure on TA/DA in connection with participation in Rajya Puraskar Test. Therefore, escorts from KVs should bring sufficient amount with them.
4. The Venue Principal (of Pre-Rajya Puraskar) is requested to make arrangement to book 04 U.P Roadways buses on ticket basis and request them to pick students from the Pre-Rajya Puraskar venue in the morning of 06.07.2014 latest by 7.00 AM so that they may reach to respective Rajya Puraskar Test venues by 12.00 noon to 13.00 hrs and take lunch there. A break of journey may be given for 15 min either in Raebareli or Unchahar.
5. Breakfast on 06.07.2014 may be arranged on board.
6. Return journey shall also be planned same way in the A/N of 11.07.2014.
7. Depending upon the expected time of arrival and convenience teachers from respective vidyalayas may be asked to report at Pre-Rajya Venue to receive their students.
8. The Principal, KV RDSO is requested to make all necessary arrangements for the camp.
